What is Breathwork?
Our breath is one of the most accessible tools, yet many of us aren’t aware of just how powerful it can be. When used consciously and with intention the breath helps us to sink deeper into the body, allowing us to become unstuck from any old self-limiting patterns and beliefs, all fears and stress.
The breath helps us to feel lighter, whole and more connected to our own innate being. It is the wisdom that moves us beyond all layers and restrictions of the ego.
